The Longstreet Casino is a medium size motel with a casino (slots only), a coffee shop, small grocery, laundry facility and RV parking, and it is located on the Nevada route 373 at the California-Nevada border. First the positive, the room was very clean (cleaner than the room I got the next night at Ceasar's Palace in Vegas). Death Valley is renowned for its spectacular scenery with peaks at 11,000 feet high to the lowest point in North America of 282 feet below sea level. My family and I went to Death Valley over Christmas weekend and stayed at the Longstreet Inn & Casino, which was one of the closest hotels outside of Death Valley. Unfortunately, there are not many options due to the remote location: the only restaurants on-site are Jack's Cafe and a Steakhouse upstairs. It contains 60 air-conditioned rooms that strike a perfect balance between comfort and style.
